The Weekly Meal Rhythm We Finally Kept
What changed when we stopped chasing perfect plans and built a repeatable weekly rhythm around real life.
We stopped treating meal planning like a one-time optimization problem and started treating it like a weekly routine. That shift made the process easier to keep up with and much easier to repeat.
